I'm a Success Story

I just wanted to let you know that Mary at Fit This Girl has featured me as a success story today! I am honored! Mary is a personal trainer & specialty fitness instructor in Minneapolis, who's also a weight loss success story herself. I've really enjoyed reading her blog this past year.

Sarah.. that was and is an AMAZING story. I like how you just made that decision to change and then TOOK ACTION on that. It's not always easy to do that and STICK WITH it. I relate to how you said that unless you go through that you don't know how losing that much weight changes you. And how it has changed you and the way you handle life. Truly inspiring and wonderful!! Thanks for sharing your story. :)
