If you’ve discovered Fat Little Legs from the Minneapolis Star Tribune article… welcome! I hope you’ll take some time to read and learn about my journey through the last 115 pounds.

If you are a regular reader, and didn’t know… I opened my paper this morning to find this on the front of the Lifestyle section:

I knew it was in the works, but not exactly when.  And… I just have to say, the picture in the printed copy is pretty much true to life-sized.  YIKES!  I made sure that when I went over to the convenience store to buy 500 5 copies, I wore my sunglasses, so I wouldn’t be recognized and mobbed.  In all seriousness though, I am so honored to be sharing my story.

And honored to be sharing page space with some other awesome “losers” and bloggers:

  8. Hi!

I had morning sickness really bad with my last 2 pregnancies, and I found the magic cure with my last one. It's Ginger Beer!!
Just like Ginger Ale, but with more of the real ginger in there for a bigger kick :)
I found it at the Co-op and was so desperate I was trying anything and everything. Ginger cookies, dried ginger fruit(yuck), and other home remedies that worked for others. They helped a little, but not much.
Once I tried that Ginger Beer, it was very strong, and I didn't like the taste at first. But, it instantly settled my stomach, and I grew to LOVE that taste! It has a screw on top, so I would bring a bottle of it everywhere with me. Just a sip is all you need, and you feel instantly better.

  9. Sarah, that is soooo awesome!! Congratulations!! You have done amazing things and have helped so many!! You are an inspiration!!

    Keep focused!!
